I've decided to take a midwinter break from writing new posts, but I will be back in this space February 16th.

About Me

* No, 70 is not the new 50. 70 is 70, and I am proud of it! In 2021 I will turn 73,

* Wife of 45+ years, mother/mother-in-law, grandmother, daughter, aunt, friend;

* Hearth goddess, lover of labyrinths, voracious reader, journal keeper and memoir writer.

*Spiritual director and writer on topics related to spirituality;

*Spiritual Practices include journal writing, reading and studying, meditating, walking the labyrinth.

As a trained spiritual director, I help individuals and groups grow spiritually to a deepened relationship with God, the sacred, the holy, regardless of faith tradition or background.

I can help clients develop and integrate a wide variety of spiritual tools into their personal spiritual practice.

Spiritual direction is not counseling or therapy which has a problem-solving focus, although learnings gained in spiritual direction may lead to healing and wholeness.
